Justus
Justus, a purebred Australian Shepherd was acquired from a working ranch in Holiday, TX as a puppy for the purpose of helping on our ranch in Beulah, CO. He was born on October 21, 2021. His color is blue
merle with beautiful blue eyes that look almost lavender. Justus weighs 55lbs. and 22" tall. He has earned 9 AKC titles so far including all three levels of Canine Good Citizen. He loves performing tricks and hanging out with kids. Justus has had obedience training and has been part of a therapy dog group for the past year. He has had 6 months of trainings a service dog and is currently in the harness work portion of that training for another six months to become a mobility service dog. He is also currently learning the ropes of herding and is a great asset here on the ranch, putting the free range chickens, ducks and goose up for the night and moving the sheep and a calf from their pen to a grazing pasture and back. Justus Continues learning new things by attending and helping with classes at the local kennel club and is used as a demo dog for fit dog classes.
